One company to take their time is OnePlus, though now we’re finally getting the first release of the OnePlus 6 ‘s Open Beta program based on Android 9. Android 9 Pie is here, and you can download and flash it on your OnePlus 6 right now. OnePlus to open a physical store in Paris near the OnePlus 6T launch

With a potential launch in the US right around the corner and ever-increasing sales , the company’s is on an upward trajectory. Things are about to get even better for them too. In an interview with Carl Pei, the company’s Director, he revealed to French news site  LesEchos  that the Shenzhen-based company intends to open a physical store in Paris around the time of the OnePlus 6T’s launch. With their growth primarily being through word of mouth and unique online advertising, it’s about time they finally got a foothold in the brick-and-mortar store market. This marks the company’s first step into the opening of physical stores in Europe, though it’s not the first time they’ve sold phones physically in Paris. It was once a top contender in the Android ROM scene for many different reasons: Innovative features, a slick user interface, you name it. The ROM lost much of its steam after the Android 4.4 KitKat builds, but they eventually returned with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and later, Android 7.1 Nougat . While they were pretty late to the Android Nougat game compared to competitors like LineageOS , their builds were still really stable and feature-rich. HydrogenOS is a Chinese ROM by OnePlus that runs on almost all of their devices. The main difference between HydrogenOS and OxygenOS is that HydrogenOS doesn’t come with Google services, such as the Play Store and others. But, it has a history of receiving updates earlier than OxygenOS. Just now, it received Android Pie-based 2nd beta for OnePlus 6 , which brings September security patches. User harshitguliani posted on OnePlus forums about the update . He attached the screenshot where we can see the full changelog of the build. As you can see, the update contains a bunch of bug fixes, along with the September security patches. The first beta version was already more stable than the Android P Developer Preview builds, so the second beta should be better as it’s more optimized.
