The company has announced a big new feature for Google Assistant that makes it possible to understand multiple languages at once. Google Assistant already supports a bunch of languages. However, you have to manually choose one of the languages and then it will only use that language. This can be a problem if you have people in the same house trying to use Google Home in multiple languages. Now, you can select two languages and Assistant will automatically detect the language you are speaking with and use that to respond. The languages you can choose include English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese. So if one person talks in English, Google Assistant will respond in English. ...

They did not disclose the terms of the deal, but Reuters is reporting the price is $500 million . CloudHealth provides VMware with a crucial multi-cloud management platform that works across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, giving customers a way to manage cloud cost, usage, security and performance from a single interface. Although AWS leads the cloud market by a large margin, it is a vast and growing market and most companies are not putting their eggs in a single vendor basket.
